Jabber downloads and stores local configuration files in the following locations:
Mac OSX
/Users/{username}/Library/Application Support/Cisco/Unified Communications/Jabber/CSF/Config
Windows XP/7/10
c:\users\{username}\AppDate\Roaming\Cisco\Unified Communications\Jabber\CSF
If Jabber won’t fully reset when doing a Reset Jabber request, rename or delete these directories and Jabber will reinitialize upon re-execution.
