Configuring Cisco IP Phone Agent

Cisco IP Phone Agent allows an agent to login to their agent account via an IP phone service. The IP Phone Agent is the only client available in Contact Center Express Standard, but is also available along with Agent Desktop in Contact Center Express Enhanced and Premium.

IP Phone Agent requires creation of an IP Phone Service on Communications Manager. The service is assigned to every phone that agent will use to take calls.
