CCX Scripting Series – Calling system prompts


Starting with the first version of the linux based Unified Contact Center Express application (v8.0), system prompts were embedded in the linux operating system and are not accessible from the GUI or CLI. To call these prompts from their default system location, call the prompt from the location below:

Music on hold file
SP[ICM\ICMMusic60.wav]
