With the release of Unified Contact Center Express, Cisco has bundled in a new contact center reporting application called Cisco Unified Intelligence Center. Though the application is available in UCCx 9, it’s not enabled by default so the Historical Reporting application is still used as the default reporting package.
To enable CUIC, login to appadmin and go to Tools >>> Historical Reporting >>> Reporting Configuration.
Select “Cisco Unified Intelligent Center Reporting Client (CUIC)”, then click the Update button.
Once CUIC has been activated, you can access the CUIC inteferace via web browser by going to https://{uccxipaddress}:8444/cuic.
