To enable call pickup groups on hunt pilots, you must configure the ‘Cisco Support Use 1’ parameter under Enterprise Parameters on the CCM Admin web page, as shown in the image below. Set ‘Cisco Support Use 1’ to CSCsb42763.
After defining and saving this parameter, a pickup group drop down menu will appear on the Hunt Pilot configuration page allowing you to assign a call pickup group to a hunt pilot.
